Web Hosting Agreement and Terms of Service
Standard Policies and Terms and Conditions:
The following policies are mandatory for signing up and using our hosting services. Please read them carefully and agree to them before proceeding. If you have any questions, contact us. WebOrbix reserves the right to change these policies and terms at any time. Our top priority is ensuring the best possible service for our clients. Please note, WebOrbix is not liable for refunds in cases of infringement detected in any account.
Spam Policy
WebOrbix reserves the right to change package structures and prices at any time. Information about prices and services on our website may change without notice. New deals will be subject to updated prices, while prior orders will be honored at previous rates. Accounts are set up after payment receipt and confirmation. Accurate information must be provided to avoid delays.
Late/Non-Payment
Re-activation of canceled accounts will incur a ₹2000 administrative fee. Accounts overdue by 7 days will lose technical support. Accounts overdue by 14 days will be suspended. Accounts overdue by 30 days will have data deleted. It is your responsibility to keep your contact and billing information updated to avoid missed notices.
Spam Policy
We have a zero-tolerance approach towards Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM. Violations may result in account termination without notice and a possible administrative fee. Repeated violations will incur higher fees and immediate termination. Resellers must ensure their clients adhere to these policies.
Proscribed Use of Services and Products
Clients must use our services in a manner consistent with their intended purpose. Illegal activities, harm to others, and copyright violations are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.
Maltreatment of System and Network
Security breaches, such as introducing malicious programs or unauthorized access, are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability.
Proscribed Scripts and Programs
Scripts must not exceed a few seconds of processor use or use large amounts of system resources. Certain scripts and programs are prohibited, and violations will result in account suspension or termination.
Loss of Backup and Data
Using our services is at your own risk. WebOrbix is not responsible for data loss. Clients must maintain proper backups. We conduct weekly backups for server restoration purposes only.
Support
Support is provided via email only. Limited support is available for third-party software. WebOrbix does not support web development or day-to-day administration tasks.
Installation of Third-Party Software
Clients are responsible for third-party software installations. Insecure software leading to hacking or unusual activity will result in account termination without notice.
Specifications and Limitations of Responsibilities
WebOrbix is not liable for damages due to server downtime, data corruption, or account termination. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate our terms.
Stipulation and Disclaimer
WebOrbix is not responsible for data loss or system failures. We resell some services and are not accountable for third-party tools or software. Failure to adhere to terms may result in account deactivation without notice. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
